  • The Healing and Inspirational Show

    We will continue to deliver our talk show please get in touch if you feel you want to be part of the "SHIFT". The show is based on three elements: Shared experience Shared benefit Shared involvement We seek to provide a holistic approach towards supporting people to shift out of negativity, some people look for reassurance as a coping mechanism’, while others are look for inspiration from people who have come through a similar situation and thrived. Through mutual conversations and support, people come on the show to share their experiences and knowledge. This pooling of information and joint problem solving creates a wealth of resources that the audience draw from. The shows are tailored to suit to anyone and everyone that needs help to improve their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives and readjusting your mindset to discern the things that are of value to them.

  • The Young Dads Programme

    We are working with system partners and fathers within the communities to Aim: To support young fathers in developing a sense of competence in their parenting skills, mentorship, and build their confidence about Their role of becoming a father. Outcomes: Build positive connections with other dads Increase parenting confidence and competence Provide tools that can help them be part of their child's growth and development processes Mentorship for young dads Provide `well-being support through our dads talk sessions Content: The programme gives them keys tools for becoming a father, parenting skills to use a positive parenting approach and emphasises the important role fathers play in their child’s growth and development. Provide wellbeing support especially around the anxieties of becoming a father at a young age. The programme is interactive, fun and gives them an opportunity for fathers to build a support network. We will provide mentorship from other Fathers with experience. We will have a father and child/partner fun activity to also look at the emotional development of a child.

  • Free Community Kitchen

    The community kitchen provides free, nutritious meals to anyone in need. It’s not just about food—it’s about creating a welcoming space where people can gather, feel supported, and build community. The kitchen fosters inclusivity by offering a place where individuals from all backgrounds can connect, share a meal, and feel a sense of belonging. Purpose: To combat hunger, reduce isolation, and promote a sense of community through the provision of free meals.

    We are supporting local young people to improve their confidence, mental well-being and physical health.

  • Men Do Talk Sessions

    Many men experience challenges in their lives but due to a number of factors they tend to bottle things in as seen in the national suicide statistics. We aim to provide equal support and advocacy especially in cases of safety, health and wellbeing. We provide a weekly drop-in sessions for men in a local barber shop which is a safe space where the can build strong connections. Our programmes are male-focused with tailored support, services, courses, and events that will help them fulfil their potential, improve their wellbeing, improve confidence, foster and enable new connections with other men, build better relationships with their families and communities. We provide mentoring and practical tips on positive masculinity to help men to positively contribute towards their families, communities and society. We provide wellbeing initiatives and activities that help men overcome these difficulties and build their resilience to speak up and overcome masculinity stigma. We identify ways to take control over their lives and positively contribute with their communities

  • Early Years Dads Parenting Course

    The Early Years is a six session course for dads with children from birth to four years. We hope it will provide an opportunity for parents who are bringing up children to support and encourage each other. Parent-focused outcomes • Improved self-esteem, self-efficacy, confidence, and empowerment (attitudes to parenting) • Improved understanding of child development and parenting styles (cognitive aspects of parenting) • Improved knowledge of building a child's self-esteem • Improved knowledge of building a child's self esteem • Improved understanding of attachment-related behaviour and children's need, and increased confidence in their ability to meet those needs • Increased parenting skills in communication, boundary-setting and attitudes to managing behaviour (behaviour aspects of parenting) • Improved awareness of the necessary tools to build positive relationships with a partner and the wider family Child-focused outcomes • Enhanced parent/child relationships • Enhanced attachment through listening, play and attention • Enhanced emotional well-being • Clearer understanding of social rules and behavioural expectations and consequences

  • Men's Refuge Shelter

    The Men’s Safe Haven is a refuge for men who are fleeing abusive situations, experiencing homelessness, or struggling with low morale. Open around the clock, it offers a safe space where men can find shelter, emotional support, and resources to rebuild their lives. This service provides immediate safety while also offering long-term support to help men regain stability and confidence. Purpose: To provide safety, shelter, and emotional support to men in crisis, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity.
