    The Men’s Safe Haven is a refuge for men who are fleeing abusive situations, experiencing homelessness, or struggling with low morale. Open around the clock, it offers a safe space where men can find shelter, emotional support, and resources to rebuild their lives. This service provides immediate safety while also offering long-term support to help men regain stability and confidence. Purpose: To provide safety, shelter, and emotional support to men in crisis, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity.

  • The Healing and Inspirational Show

    We will continue to deliver our talk show please get in touch if you feel you want to be part of the "SHIFT". The show is based on three elements: Shared experience Shared benefit Shared involvement We seek to provide a holistic approach towards supporting people to shift out of negativity, some people look for reassurance as a coping mechanism’, while others are look for inspiration from people who have come through a similar situation and thrived. Through mutual conversations and support, people come on the show to share their experiences and knowledge. This pooling of information and joint problem solving creates a wealth of resources that the audience draw from. The shows are tailored to suit to anyone and everyone that needs help to improve their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives and readjusting your mindset to discern the things that are of value to them.

  • The Dads Programme

    We provide professional support and encouragement that helps fathers to positively transition into their new roles as parents and improve resilience within the family unit. Our Aim: Equip fathers with skills, research, and knowledge about child development, positive masculinity, build parenting confidence to become involved and engaged fathers even with cultural barriers. Outcomes: Build positive connections with other dads Increase parenting confidence and competence Provide tools that can help them be part of their child's growth and development processes Mentorship for young dads Provide `well-being support through our dads talk sessions Content: The programme will focus on equipping fathers with skills that includes father and child skill-building activities to support them to be involved and engaged in their child's upbringing. We empower them to share real life experiences, strengths, and resources they can draw upon whilst building positive connections with other dads in similar situations which helps to reduce isolation. This incorporates usable knowledge centred around child cognitive development, practical parenting tips, and positive relationship building skills especially for separated fathers. We support them to re-enter education or facilitate employability workshops that helps them achieve their personal and educational outcomes. For the separated/teen fathers, we support them to address the emotional and practical aspects of fathering through all stages of separation so they can contribute to positive outcomes for their children and communities. We address issues such as managing emotions and toxic masculinity supported with mentorship from other experienced dads. In addition we use an experts by experience methodology looking the child rearing settings within the BAME family unit and aligning the with UK Child Rearing and Public Health Standards. For sustainability we will finish with reflections, evaluations and referral pathways available.

Our virtual sessions are designed to provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can open up, connect with others, and find the support you need. We Offer: Stress Relief and Mental Well-being: Our sessions are about reducing stress, alleviating depression, and managing anxiety. We provide evidence-based techniques and practical tips to help you improve your mental well-being. Peer Support: You're not alone on this journey. Our sessions encourage peer support, where you can connect with others who may have faced similar challenges. Sharing experiences can be a powerful way to heal and grow. Guidance and Resources: We understand that seeking help can be overwhelming. That's why we're here to guide you. If needed, we can connect you with appropriate services and resources tailored to your specific needs. Why "Just Talk"? Free and Accessible: Our virtual sessions are entirely free and accessible to all. We believe that everyone deserves support, regardless of their financial situation. No Judgment: We foster an atmosphere of trust and respect. There's no judgment here—only understanding and empathy. Confidentiality: Your privacy is our priority. We maintain strict confidentiality in our sessions. Positive Change: By participating in our sessions, you're taking a proactive step towards positive change and improved mental well-being.

  • Engineering Employability Workshop

    It's a series of transferable skills focused workshops, aiming to raise career aspirations and awareness. Whilst valuable for all young people embarking on careers, these workshops are particularly beneficial for young people whom are currently engineers or potential engineers Themes explored throughout the Employability workshops include soft skills, aspirations, target setting, CV’s, problem solving, interviews and beyond. These are explored via a range of practical team challenges, with ample in-built opportunities for group discussion and self-reflection.

  • Early Years Mums Parenting Course

    The Early Years is a six session course for mum's with children from birth to four years. We hope it will provide an opportunity for parents who are bringing up children to support and encourage each other. Parent-focused outcomes • Improved self-esteem, self-efficacy, confidence, and empowerment (attitudes to parenting) • Improved understanding of child development and parenting styles (cognitive aspects of parenting) • Improved knowledge of building a child's self-esteem • Improved knowledge of building a child's self esteem • Improved understanding of attachment-related behaviour and children's need, and increased confidence in their ability to meet those needs • Increased parenting skills in communication, boundary-setting and attitudes to managing behaviour (behaviour aspects of parenting) • Improved awareness of the necessary tools to build positive relationships with a partner and the wider family Child-focused outcomes • Enhanced parent/child relationships • Enhanced attachment through listening, play and attention • Enhanced emotional well-being • Clearer understanding of social rules and behavioural expectations and consequences
